This Privacy Policy explains how Thynn Lim, REALTOR®, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty ("Thynn," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information through HomesByThynn.com, our real estate inquiry forms, and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms. It covers our home-buying, selling and relocation inquiries. Other websites, platforms and brokerage services may have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and language, and information about your real estate plans. This can include the area where you want to search, your price range, move timing, whether you plan to buy now or stay first, and messages or appointment requests. Facebook or Instagram may prefill information in a lead form; you can review it before submitting. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents or other sensitive financial information through these inquiry forms.
Website activity, cookies and analytics
Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, referral sources, advertising click identifiers, campaign tags, and interactions such as clicks, scrolling, form activity and errors. Cookies and similar browser storage help operate the site and measure use. We use PostHog for analytics and session replay, which can record how visitors interact with pages. When you submit an inquiry, your name, email address or phone number and inquiry details may be associated with your earlier website activity in our analytics system.
Advertising and social platforms

When you interact with our ads or submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects information under its policies and provides the submitted details to us. Use an unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us directly. If you receive text messages, reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
